About the Role
We require an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations and office management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and bilingual in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily office needs are met, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Coordinate administrative staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Prepare and distribute customer-oriented information about our services and terms.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Cultivate strong communication channels between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with accountants to monitor financial processes and documentation.
- Organize and maintain office common areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
