Job Description

The Marketing Specialist (أخصائي تسويق) plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's marketing initiatives through the implementation of innovative strategies and campaigns that engage target audiences. This position requires a thorough understanding of market research, digital marketing, content creation, and brand management to elevate our market presence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capability to analyze market trends, develop comprehensive marketing plans, and coordinate the execution of marketing activities in alignment with organizational goals. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and contribute to sales growth, requiring outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions will be crucial to succeeding in this role.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to derive insights and inform strategies.
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Knowledge of brand development techniques and experience with brand management.
  • Ability to effectively create and manage engaging content across various platforms, tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in project management, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives within budget constraints.
  • Previous experience working collaboratively within a team and cross-functional departments to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, with the ability to create marketing materials in both languages.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales support tools that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to elevate brand visibility and foster customer relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices, integrating relevant insights into marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring all activities are executed within allocated financial resources.
  • Contribute ideas for innovative marketing solutions and collaborate with team members to implement them effectively.
  • Mentor and support junior marketing team members, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
