Vendor Manager is a critical role at Exclusive Networks. Management of select vendor relationships and ownership of day-to-day revenue and profit targets. Development of new business opportunities via existing and new GTM channels.

As a Vendor Manager, you will:
  1. Strong understanding of the vendor, their business and strategic objectives.
  2. Alignment with key vendor stakeholders - acting as their primary point of contact within Exclusive Networks.
  3. Focus on GTM opportunities and an understanding of how Exclusive Networks can grow its business with the vendor.
  4. Responsible for vendor governance – running QBRs, peer networking, business planning, and reporting.
  5. Understand where the vendor complements and competes within the existing vendor landscape and work with stakeholders to design and promote solutions accordingly.
  6. Working to achieve both individual and team targets against agreed profit requirements.
  7. Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to develop the Cloud and DC business in their accounts, including:
    1. Recruit, enable and drive new resellers.
    2. Promote Exclusive Networks GTM message.
    3. Develop end user lead generation programs with resellers.
    4. Implement sales & technical training programs.
    5. Produce weekly sales forecast reports and run quarterly business review.
General:
  1. The ability to form, build and farm relationships, network effectively and intelligently, internally, within the vendor, and partner base.
  2. The ability to clearly articulate Exclusive Network's message to key vendor and partner stakeholders.
  3. Drive and determination to seek out new opportunities, nurture pipeline and close business.
  4. Liaising with internal departments e.g.: Operations, sales, technical consultants, in order to fulfil customer needs, such as arranging demonstrations, quotes, logistics and customer risk management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEAbout you:

The ideal Vendor Manager - Nutanix:

  1. 2+ years' experience in a Sales, Product Specialist or Vendor Management Role.
  2. End User Sales experience – partner & business development, pipeline management and deal closing.
  3. Knowledge of the Cyber security landscape and in-particular, Vulnerability Risk Management technologies.
Essential Skills Required:
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in an external facing role.
  2. Demonstrate recent success in working with partners and end users.
  3. Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workload.
  4. Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  5. Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution.
  6. Target-orientated.
  7. Experienced presenting to senior level contacts.
  8. Clear communication and analytical skills.
