Accounts Manager – ICT Sales

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the ICT sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Understand clients' business objectives and technology requirements to provide customized ICT solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ICT products and services (e.g., cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, software, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product development) to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline, forecasts, and revenue.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on account status and sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
- Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ICT sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ICT products and services (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, software, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
