Our prestigious client based in Riyadh is pioneering a global retail tech renaissance. As they elevate the customer experience they are seeking a Customer Success Manager dedicated to ensuring that their clients derive maximum value from their solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring they achieve their business goals using the companys platform.
  • Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customers usage of the product to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure account renewals and upsells.
  • Conduct regular checkins and business reviews with clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams informing them about customer needs challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in customerfacing roles preferably in the tech or retail sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and challenges.
