Area Sales Manager

**1. **Achieve the branch / area Sales Target and objectives.**
**2. **Promote company’s products and solutions and present the company professionally.**
**3. **Retain **customers, develop new customers and ensure proper coverage.**
**4. **Maintain excellent relationship with customers procurement, end-users & management.**
**5. **Be alert for market signals, industry, new investments, new projects and report the feedback internally for new opportunity creation and business wining.**
**6. **Conduct project mapping, to detail the potential bidders, EPC’s, sub-contractors and ensure the company visibility.**
**8. **Ensure the company registration with customers portals, procurement systems.**
**9. **Regular review for Online RFQ’s at customer portals as and when applicable.**
**10. **Maintain healthy amount of prospects in the pipeline and within the product mix target**
**11. **Coach, mentor and support the sales team and ensure effective work environment.**
**12. ** **Conduct daily / weekly review for sales, marketing within the team and report the same to the management.**
**13. ** **Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.**
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales Management: 5 years (preferred)
