**Job Description Summary**: The Customer Fulfillment Manager develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you are responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute Customer and SPS objectives, and can affect short-term and long-term business goals. In this role, CFM is managing resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and call out).

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Saudi & UAE customers specifically, could be assigned on projects for other part of region on requirement.
- Accountable for business processes compliance
- Own financial pacing, cost classification, on time billing and collections for assigned customer portfolio.
- Manage Contractual Services (CS) & Transactional Services (TX) inventory, Extra Work, and Job Cost Estimator (JCE) proposals for assigned customers.
- Responsible for outage materials, tools logistics planning.
- Lead outage demand placement including parts requests, repair scheduling, and FE resourcing.
- Prepare margin reviews for CSA agreements within assigned customer portfolio.
- Update and maintain input in the NEX, Outage Event & JIS creation and update, including One Steam ERP Project, PRs creation.
- Support CSL as needed in completion of outages, Parts deliveries, and customer relationship deliverables.
- Keep outage costs under control and support quick process close out, perform interim cost reviews
- Get Outages schedule prepared (Primavera) and updated as per need
- Closely work with internal functions like sourcing, engineering, parts, Product line to connect dots for best class deliverables

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university majoring in Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control or Electrical Engineering.
- Min 5 years experience in Engineering or Project Management
- Min 3 years of experience in a customer management, operations or forecasting position within power plants.
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to travel in needed (around 50%)

**Desired Characteristics**
- Command on Arabic communication
- Knowledge & experience within the power industry.
- Knowledge of Contractual Service Agreements and its financial model.
- Strong quality background with preferable Green Belt certification.
- Knowledge of the NEX including Outage event, event management, Field Vision, One Steam ERP (SAP), Service Now.
- Strong financial and commercial skills.
- Demonstrated communication & organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time, if required
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Strong EHS and Quality background (SQDC understanding)
- Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
