This is an exciting time and we are looking for dependable and quality people to join our team.

Working within a fast paced, service company, operating within the technology and consumer sectors, you will be required to support day-to-day administration activities to ensure that the Business-as-Usual objectives are achieved, client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained, and business goals are achieved.

You will be based in the Planning Team and report through to the Planning Manager.

As part of your key responsibilities you'll:

- Be responsible for reporting operational performance for both internal and external customers, to ensure we are meeting our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure that data regarding all Operational KPIs and visual management is provided and updated as per required timeframes.
- Collate data and providing information to highlight areas of poor performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Be part of a team responsible, for delivery of Operational KPIs and driving business efficiencies.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS), download data and undertake adhoc investigations to explore and determine root cause, preventative and corrective measures in order to assist Operations in improving performance.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for activities and highlight where these are not in line with client operating procedures or current practices.
- Support the administration of all resources appropriately while working within budgeted guidelines.
- Ensure a standard approach to investigations is maintained using the tools and techniques of the Unipart Way.
- Identify, using Root Cause Analysis, any process failure issues and report and remedy using the tools and techniques of the Unipart Way.
- Provide administrative support to team leader and colleagues as appropriate.
- Provide information and make recommendations for 5S and Health and Safety standards.
- Deliver concise and accurate information to operational management and the wider operation.

About You:
Essential:

- Excellent Communication skills including effective listening and written communication skills.
- Excellent Excel and/or Google sheet skills.
- Excellent understanding of databases including system reporting/downloads.
- Good general IT skills with skills in Microsoft Office.
- Logical thinker with excellent skills in understanding and interpreting data.
- Commitment to self-development.
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer requirements.
- Good English language skills.

Desirable:

- An understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of finished goods or reverse logistics operations.
- Working experience of the Continuous Improvement techniques.
- Experience of adapting to programmes of change.

This is a Full time role (40 hours per week), part time will be considered.
