**Job Description**:
Rankoussi Group, a leading conglomerate in Qatar, encompassing industries like têxtile and furniture manufacturing, customization and gifts, food production, and plastic recycling, is seeking a *Sales Manager*. The Sales Manager will be responsible for approaching existing hotels, new project sites, and restaurants to secure business opportunities. This role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), crafting detailed offers, attending client meetings, and ensuring prompt submission of samples and documents. The Sales Manager must be proactive, responsive, and able to meet the dynamic demands of clients in a timely manner. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be required to meet set sales targets within specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

- Approach and build strong relationships with existing hotels, new project sites, and restaurants to generate sales.
- Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and construction sectors.

2. BOQ Preparation & Offers:

- Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on client requirements.
- Develop and present tailored offers that meet the specific needs of each client.

3. Client Meetings & Site Visits:

- Attend client meetings and site visits as requested to discuss requirements, present solutions, and foster positive business relationships.

4. Sample and Document Submission:

- Ensure the timely submission of any required samples and documents to clients, with a commitment to completing these tasks on the same day.

5. Sales Targets:

- Work towards achieving predefined sales targets within set timeframes.
- Regularly review and track sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.

6. Customer Service & Support:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

- Keep detailed records of all client interactions, including meetings, offers, and site visits.
- Prepare regular sales reports to monitor progress, track achievement of targets, and adjust strategies as needed.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is compulsory for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or construction industries.
- Strong ability to prepare BOQs and tailored business offers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
