**The Opportunity**

Sapaad is looking for a talented and results-oriented Business Development Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base in Riyadh. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities for Sapaad. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our solutions in a compelling manner.

**Job Roles**
- Establish a deep and thorough understanding of Sapaad Cloud Software and it’s suite of product features, and the Food & Beverage Industry
- Establish and increase Sapaad’s market share in through outbound activities and building a pipeline of leads.
- Identify and engage small to enterprise level customers with the purpose of winning them over to Sapaad.
- Work to targets by making work calls and scheduling demo presentations on Sapaad cloud software.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to convert customers through competency of product knowledge and service support.
- Support sales, marketing and other Sapaad business/functional unit members through cooperative and constructive approach to sales meetings.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, trends and market conditions and report to the management when required.
- Travel locally and overseas when needed to promote Sapaad and to develop industry mindshare.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written in English and Arabic
- Experienced in creating and implementing a sales plan
- Experienced in analysing sales data
- Excellent presentation skills
- High availability and ownership— as a SaaS product company our customers are spread across the globe and therefore the job may require presentations and customer interactions outside office hours — our customer experience always comes first
- Must be able to comprehend semi-technical product information
- Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization
