**Job** **Summary**:As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, devising, and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative food company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches.
- Team Leadership and Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team - Set clear performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet or exceed sales goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance against targets and develop strategies to address any deviations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
- Product Knowledge and Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory developments in the food sector. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new product opportunities, and competitive threats and Educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to enhance their selling effectiveness.

**Qualification, Experience and Skills**

**Qualification** : Undergraduate in any related discipline, Post graduate is preferred.

**Experience**: 5-7 years of experience on QSRs, preferable on Meat industry

**Skills**: Sales management and communication skills.
