Sales Manager

Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading operation licensee of Sealy Inc., is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a family-owned company and a key player in the Middle East mattress industry, we take pride in our exclusive high-end products and state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With our history dating back to 1990 as an importer of Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster products, our collaboration with Sealy has grown to encompass a global product offering and significant market share. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships in the MENA region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand market share
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and market expansion
- Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales within the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the MENA market and consumer preferences
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- 3 to 5 years experience
