**Company Description**

Our client a leading electronic and power industry in Saudi is looking to expand their business and diversify portfolio.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development Head in Dammam. The International Business Development Head will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the group's international business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, increasing sales, and achieving business targets. The International Business Development Head will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Business Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic business development plan in alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for diversification or expansion.
- Analyze market dynamics, competition, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.

**New Business Opportunities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify gaps and niches within the industry.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key industry players, potential clients, and partners.

**Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, industry influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development strategies.

**Proposal Development**:

- Create compelling and tailored business proposals that highlight the company's value proposition and address client needs.
- Lead proposal development processes, coordinating inputs from various internal teams to ensure high-quality submissions.

Negotiations and Deal Closing:

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners and clients.
- Structure agreements, terms, and conditions that align with the company's objectives and protect its interests.

Market Development:

- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, expand the company's client base, and increase revenue streams.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Regularly report on progress, achievements, and challenges to senior management.

**Qualifications**

**International Business Development for strategic partnership, join ventures for large manufacturing electrical or electronic companies cross MENA/GCC Region with 10+yrs of solid experience with Merger, Acquisition, JV AND ALLIANCES**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Essentially Master's degree

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team

Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a plus
