Technical Sales Specialist

Quant is a prominent consultancy that provides services and products in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. Academic Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.
Personal Skills/Qualities:

4. Agility and responsiveness.
5. Aptitude to work in a diverse environment.
6. Capability of efficiently managing workload, tasks, and priorities.
7. Proficiency in English and Arabic, including speaking, writing, and reading.
Business and Software Skills Required:
1. Prospecting and sales pitching.
2. Proficiency in IT and technical terminology.
3. Reporting and Documentation competency.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-suite and Slack.
5. Zoho CRM (or CRMs in general).
6. Exposure in IT and Data Science Industries.
7. Understanding of software sales mechanism and frameworks.
The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving Quant’s sales efforts, primarily regarding software and subscription-based products, and potentially project-based services as the circumstances may require. This includes maintaining pre and post-sale requirements, such as prospecting, closing deals and providing support post sales in liaise with the technical personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
4. Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops, online courses, etc. to remain current on product updates, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
6. Maintaining CRM regarding the leads, accounts, deals and contacts being generated.
7. Manage aftersales services & follow-ups with clients.
8. Conducting training workshops and guiding sessions for clients.
9. Follow and achieve set KPI’s and devises plans and initiatives for client's pipeline.
10. Prepares and presents reports of sales achievements periodically to senior management.

Leaves & Holidays Policy
- Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
- Holidays: 11 business days of paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, and Saudi National Day.

Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employee's basic salary.
