We are looking to hire a **Partner Manager of Brand Partnerships** to strengthen our Partner Management team. **What you’ll do**:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships, working effectively with sponsorship partners to ‘know their business’ and provide the ‘first point of contact’
- Establishing key success criteria for each partnership and understanding the partners’ businesses, as well as their marketing and sponsorship objectives
- Project managing sponsorship implementation, with an objective-led approach to partnership management and constantly seeking to maximize partners’ ROI/ROO
- Overseeing and executing the fulfillment of the rights, ensuring that contractual obligations are delivered, monitored, and measured through implementing in-broadcast, onsite activations, and online partnership deliverables
- Generating comprehensive recap reports for our partners, putting the insights into context, and suggesting ideas around how to enhance the performance/impact further
- Reviewing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and ways to increase efficiencies and effectiveness

**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience**:
- **Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with brand partners**:
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate complex situations with empathy
- A willingness to learn the ins and outs of the esports and gaming industry, including staying up to date on the latest trends
- Advanced project management skills and a distinctive hands-on mentality
- **Fluent in Arabic and demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
