Enterprise Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver & maintain 100% target & KPI achievement month over the month.
Reporting on sales activities, present achievements, Ks and providing feedback to management.
Identify, contact & meet potential customers to enroll them with FlexxPay.
Ability to plan and execute daily meetings with customers to inform them about the product.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations, and meetings to Head of HR, Payroll and Finance staff.
Ability to persuade and negotiate.
Ability to answer questions, concerns and reservations about the solutions or the company.
Ability to communicate efficiently and convince customers to adopt FlexxPay solution.
**Requirements**:
**KSA Nationals.**
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
2-4 years of experience in outdoor enterprise sales preferably GCC experience.
Excellent communication skills, be able to listen actively, ask relevant questions, and provide clear and concise information to customers.
Must have strong sales skills to generate leads and sell FlexxPay solution or other products to customers.
Should be comfortable using technology, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Should have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
Car and driving license preferred for this position.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
