**We are hiring An "Assistant / Secretary / Admin" For a Medical Center in Dammam, KSA**

**Job Type; Part Time**
- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our employer in both professional and personal capacities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the employer's schedule, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Make travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting documents, preparing presentations, and handling paperwork.
- Conduct research on various topics as requested by the employer, gathering relevant information and presenting findings.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile credit card statements.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands on the employer's time.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the household or team, supporting a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
- Coordinate professional training programs and workshops.
- Liaise with trainers and facilitators to schedule sessions and ensure all logistics are in place.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
- Maintain training records and manage participant registrations.
- Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

**Criteria for Hiring**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation
- Experience in coordinating training programs or events is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Efficient time management abilities.
- Possess proficiency in relevant software and technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling/calendar apps with a willingness to learn new systems as needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Degree in psychology, business administration, office management, or related field is advantageous.
- Positive references demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ﷼1.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
