**Summary**:
**We are seeking a motivated and results-driven**Sales and Business Account Officer **to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify and develop new sales opportunities, manage the entire sales cycle, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:

- **Identify, qualify, and develop new leads.**:

- **Progress sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.**:

- **Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.**:

- **Track and report sales performance regularly.**

**Client Accounts**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.**:

- **Identify and cultivate new opportunities with prospective clients.**

**Strategic Contributions**:

- **Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.**:

- **Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.**

**Required Qualifications**:

- **A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably within the logistics industry.**:

- **Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results.**:

- **Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.**:

- **Excellent time management and organizational skills.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM tools.**:

- **A degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.**

**شركة رائدة في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية تبحث عن مسؤول مبيعات وحسابات عملاء مهتم بتحقيق النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحديد وتطوير فرص مبيعات جديدة، وإدارة عملية البيع من البداية إلى النهاية، والعمل كنقطة اتصال وحيدة للعملاء الحاليين و المحتملين.**

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:
**إدارة المبيعات**:

- **تحديد وتأهيل وتطوير العملاء المحتملين الجدد.**:

- **متابعة فرص المبيعات عبر جميع مراحل دورة المبيعات.**:

- **التفاوض وإتمام الصفقات لتحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات.**:

- **متابعة أداء المبيعات وإعداد تقارير دورية بذلك.**

**إدارة حسابات العملاء**:

- **بناء علاقات قوية مع الحسابات الحالية والحفاظ عليها.**:

- **تحديد فرص جديدة وتنميتها مع العملاء المحتملين.**

**المساهمات الاستراتيجية**:

- **المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات.**:

- **البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات السوق وظروفه وأنشطة المنافسين.**

**المتطلبات**:

- **خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات و / أو تطوير الأعمال، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية**:

- **سجل حافل في تجاوز أهداف المبيعات**:

- **مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض**:

- **مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية**:

- **القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وجزء من فريق**:

- **مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الوقت والتنظيم**:

- **الكفاءة في حزمة Microsoft Office وتطبيقات Google وأدوات المبيعات الأخرى ذات الصلة**:

- **درجة علمية في مجال ذي صلة (مفضل) أو خبرة عملية مكافئة**:

- **اتقان اللغة الانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة**
