Multi-Channel Engagement Coordinator

- This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia under the Customer Engagement & Projects department. You will directly report to the Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) & Customer Experience Manager.**The Position**- Your main accountabilities will be:
- You will design, develop, and maintain the Health Care Professional (HCP) portal to ensure a strong online presence
- You will monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- You will stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- You will create video content, and develop a content calendar
**Qualifications**
As an MCE Coordinator, you need to be proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro. In addition, you need to have a basic understanding of video production techniques.- To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing is a must; Postgraduate studies are a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
- Solid experience in running Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Experience in the Pharma industry within a multi-national organization is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
