Multichannel Customer Engagement Manager

**The Position**
- As a Multi-Channel Customer Engagement Manager, you will be leading the affiliate digital customer engagement strategy to support the overall Novo Nordisk strategy, Moreover, you will be collaborating closely with marketing, medical, and other functions to evolve and optimize our digital marketing goals, strategies, and tactics.- Your main accountabilities will be:
- Orchestrate and streamline multichannel engagement operations, content strategy, channel expansion, and enable modular content
- Lead cross-functional hybrid events and congress campaigns
- Act as the catalyst for digital transformation, promoting a cross-functional focus on customer experience
- Establish core digital channels and support marketing and other functions in executing effectively
- Collaborate with the regional team in the development, planning, piloting, and execution of emerging multichannel capabilities and projects

**Qualifications**
- As a Multi-Channel Customer Engagement Manager, you need to have operational experience in digital marketing programs and campaigns. In addition, you need to have brand management and business development experience preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.- To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutics, Economics, Statistics, or Management. A Master's degree in digital marketing is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and Multichannel Customer Engagement in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Experience in the design and delivery of multichannel or digital tactics, including agency management
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic language
