**Why do we need you?**
- Supports the company employees in work related to travel and deliveries.
- Assists in transporting employees and visitors to and from Airport.
- Collects and dispatches of mail from Post Office or courier companies when needed.
- Follows-up on formalities in governmental departments (Attestations, Licenses, etc.)
- Tenancy agreement.
- Follows-up on visas formalities for company staff and visitors.
- Manages bank related deliveries and pick-ups when required.
- Ensures that company’s vehicles are mechanically maintained in a manner that will provide reliable transportation and use.
- Conducts administrative tasks as needed by supervisor.
- Handling STC & Electricity Water Bills.
- Handling Petty Cash and all office supplies
- Help and maintain EHS levels and improve them by participating in activities such as SMAT, Audit days, etc.
- Take care of office assets and maintain them.

**Is this job for you?**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalence.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as administration
- Good command of the Arabic, English.
- Good command of basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High sense of responsibility and decision making.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Ability to cope with stress and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
