We are seeking an Arabic, highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the company legal operations by coordination with specialised legal team, support staff, and ensure the smooth running of our office environment. You will be the first point of contact for office-related queries and will play a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- following the legal process of issuing the necessary certificate with pour legal team.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide administrative support to staff and management as required.
- Organize office events and meetings, including arranging catering and logistics.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Arabic & English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
