We are looking for a_ Bid Specialist_, to join our organization in the KSA region. This role will be based in Riyadh, KSA.

Supporting the KSA work winning team, we are looking for a bid specialist to expand our Riyadh based team. Working with senior stakeholders to deliver work-winning proposals that clearly demonstrate why clients should work with Turner & Townsend. This role demands a strong understanding of the key drivers of bidding success, and the ability to successfully lead a submission from start to submission.

**Key responsibilities**
- Managing the RM process, uploading documentation and working with bid lead to ensure successful review ahead of bid submission
- Reviewing RFPs, advising bid lead on requirements that impact go/no go decision
- Develop the bid plan including developing win themes with bid lead
- Identify gaps in proposal content, work with bid lead to have input developed as required
- Reaching back into the business to source additional evidence / information to strengthen the bid submission
- Convert CVs to Turner & Townsend format for external team members, advise bid lead on gaps
- Proofing and editing colleague’s bid response documents, ensuring the submitted information demonstrates a compelling proposition that meets the clients needs.
- Make sure governance process is followed, including fee sign off and RM approvals
- Create presentation slides for post-tender interviews, re-drafting content from the bid submission as required
- Improve and enhance the standard and effectiveness of best practice responses
- Support wider team in pipeline management activities

**Skills and behaviours required**
- Experience in taking responsibility for managing their work and working with mínimal supervision to achieve the outcomes required for the team
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Excellent writing, proof reading skills and attention to detail
- Time management - able to work on multiple submissions simultaneously
- Ability to bid in Arabic is advantageous

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Relevant degree in an Engineering discipline or Business, Marketing, English (list not exhaustive)
- Expertise in MS Office suite, skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint (required) and a design-based software such as InDesign (preferred)
- APMP Foundation level certification is advantageous but not essential

**Location and travel**
- The post holder will be based in our office location in Riyadh
- There will be a requirement for very occasional travel across the region
