Corporate Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
2. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
3. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
4. Prepare an annual sales strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
5. Prepare weekly sales reports for submission to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
6. Ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
7. Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies.
8. Coordinate feasibility studies on proposed products.
9. Appraise the performance of the Sales team members.
10. Implement new practices in marketing communications to grow revenues, company reputation and network.
11. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
12. Promote and achieve target on joining of customer to car rental membership club.
13. Conduct target market segmentation and monitor competitor activity.
14. Make sure that all CRM are following the data records in the sales management system.
15. Fully responsible for customers receivable and collection.
16. Full knowledge of cars, their models, and similar cars.
17. Knowledge of used cars and their evaluation methods.
18. Knowing the terms of contracting with clients and how to negotiate.
19. Familiarity with customer needs and how to provide service.
**Department Skills Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or related field.
- +6 Years of related Experience.
- Ability to solve problems and conflicts.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Strong in work team’s tasks follow up.
- Work under pressure
