**Training and Development Assistant Job Description Overview**:
The Training and Development Assistant provides administrative and logístical support to the training and development team. They help with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and communicating with participants, ensuring that training programs run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist in the preparation of training materials (e.g., handouts, presentations, agendas), print and distribute them, and organize any resources needed for training.
- **Scheduling**: Help coordinate training schedules, send out invitations, track RSVPs, and confirm participation.
- **Coordination**: Handle training room set-up, technology requirements (projectors, computers), and ensuring that the venue is ready.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding upcoming training programs, fielding questions, and providing reminders.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of employees' training attendance, completion, and feedback in the company’s learning management system.
- **LMS Support**: Assist in uploading training materials, enrolling employees in courses, and troubleshooting technical issues with the LMS.
- **Feedback Collection**: Distribute post-training evaluation forms, collect feedback, and summarize it for reporting purposes.
- **Assist Trainers**: Provide on-site support for trainers during training sessions, ensuring that all materials are available and participants are prepared.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer a bachelor's degree).
- Previous administrative or HR support experience, particularly in training or development, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
