**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Be the primary point of contact with customers and partners.

Support the company’s administration and operation process related to government relations, and other parties.

Manage transactions related to registration, attestation, visa processing, and fleet management.

Support operation team to resolve issues, problems and conflicts.

Coordinated between different departments, teams, and functions like management, finance, legal, etc.

Update and execute as per the direction of the company and tasks assigned as per the company’s policy.

Ensure the successful delivery of the company’s priorities relevant to administration and operation.

Communicate the progress tasks and duties to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage transactions related to the portal whether government or private.

Escalate, communicate, and resolve issues and problems.

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent

1-3 Years of related work experience.

Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Commanding computer skills.

Teamwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to ﷼5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
