MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Office Management:
- Oversee daytoday office operations including facility maintenance supplies procurement and equipment management.
- Ensure a wellorganized and efficient office environment that supports the needs of the team.
2. Administrative Team Supervision:
- Lead and manage admin staff providing guidance training and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities monitor work progress and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Budget Management:
- Manage administrative budgets including office expenses supplies and facilityrelated costs.
- Monitor spending control expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
4. Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors suppliers and service providers to secure office supplies equipment and services as needed.
- Negotiate contracts monitor vendor performance and maintain positive relationships.
5. Document Management:
- Oversee the maintenance organization and archiving of physical and electronic files records and documents.
6. Travel and Logistics:
- Coordinate travel arrangements accommodations and transportation for employees and guests.
- Manage logistics for company events meetings and conferences.
7. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations protocols and practices within the office environment.
- Implement safety measures to create a secure and healthy workplace.
8. Communication and Correspondence:
- Handle internal and external communication including phone calls emails and correspondence.
- Distribute notices announcements and updates to employees as needed.
9. Meeting Coordination:
