Coordinate with international suppliers to prepare price lists.
- Check product availability and lead times.
- Share price and lead time updates with the sales team.
- Prepare purchase orders (LPO) for suppliers.
- Coordinate with shipping companies or forwarders for shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents.
- Receive and communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Prepare and issue quotations for sales and rental services.
- Check equipment availability and preparation times.
- Advise the operation team on job requirements and equipment.
- Inform the sales team about available equipment and delivery timelines.
- Prepare contracts
- Verify purchase orders, hiring documents, and payments.
- Approve deliveries if all hiring documents and requirements are complete.
- Update daily equipment tracker and utilization sheets.
- Update job status in Rental Tracker (On-Hire, Complete, Cancelled).
- Post daily equipment status in Teams (Available & On hire).
- Upload purchase orders (PO) to create job and hiring agreements.
- Issue hiring documents to customers and follow up.
- Follow up on signed and stamped documents and payments.

**Salary**: ﷼1.00 - ﷼2.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- in a similar role: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Riyadh: Relocate before starting work (required)
