**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to managing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing files and documents.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and facilitate engagement with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors, to support the CEO's relationship-building efforts. This may involve coordinating meetings, events, and communications.
- Document Preparation and Management: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Manage the storage and retrieval of documents and ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of their time. This includes scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring the availability of necessary technology. Plan and execute executive-level events, including retreats and strategy sessions.
- Project Management: Assist the CEO in project management, including tracking deadlines, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding the CEO's office and sensitive company information.
- Executive Assistance: Provide personal assistance to the CEO as needed, including handling personal appointments and tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
