**-* **حضور الاجتماعات وكتابة ملخص الاجتماعات*
**-* **استقبال وفحص المكالمات الهاتفية وإعادة توجيهها عند الحاجة*
**-* **التعامل مع جميع المراسلات الصادرة والواردة وتحديد أولوياتها (البريد الإلكتروني والرسائل وما إلى ذلك)*
**-* **القيام بعمل ترتيبات السفر للمدراء التنفيذيين*
**-* **التعامل مع المستندات السرية لضمان بقائها آمنة*
**-* **إعداد الفواتير أو البيانات المالية وتقديم المساعدة في امساك الدفاتر*
**-* **مراقبة اللوازم المكتبية التفاوض على الشروط مع الموردين لضمان الطلبات الأكثر فعالية من حيث التكلفة*
**-* **الاحتفاظ بالسجلات الإلكترونية والورقية لضمان تنظيم المعلومات وسهولة الوصول إليها*
**-* **إجراء البحوث وإعداد العروض التقديمية أو التقارير على النحو المحدد*
**-* **شهادة في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذو صلة*
**-* **خبرة عملية كسكرتير تنفيذي أو دور إداري مماثل*
**-* **جيد في برامج الاوفيس وبرامج “back-office” مثل ERP*
**-* **معرفة بإدارة المكاتب وإجراءات المحاسبة الأساسية بالإضافة إلى المفردات الفنية ذات الصلة*
**-* **الإلمام بأساليب البحث الأساسية وتقنيات إعداد التقارير*
**-* **مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت ممتازة*
**-* **القدرة على التواصل والتفاوض المتميزة*
