Answering questions
Presenting weekly operational reports
Interacting and communicating with Clients stakeholders.
Representing the company regarding the indicators.
Providing support in designing and preparing presentations regarding the indicators.
High efficiency in managing customer care centers for not less than 5- 7 years.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
