This is an individual contributor role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to HR Director GCC & Türkiye. This role will support the GCC and Türkiye commercial teams (scope may evolve in the future).
In this role you will be supporting the current GCC HR team towards their respective mills support functions. This role is open for SAUDI Nationalities only.

- Provide HR expertise, to ensure the successful delivery of the GCC / Türkiye business results.
- Identify the BU needs and translate into HR Deliverables.
- Work closely with HR Teams to develop and implement solutions in the areas of C&B, Recruitment, Talent Management, P&D, Engagement, etc.
- Implement People Strategy programs in the BU - including market based compensation initiatives, engagement and well-being projects, talent management, diversity / inclusion initiatives and other future projects.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives by identifying areas of improvement and helping to create, improve or streamline business processes that enable the organization to further effectively achieve its goals.
- Build a high performance culture by providing coaching and interventions with the business leaders and individuals, particularly around performance improvement, engagement and team effectiveness.
- Provide Employee Relations expertise, supporting leaders though team and individual disputes by providing legal advice as well as a focus on performance and engagement.
- Identify internal and external hiring needs and supporting the Business Leaders to select the right talent within efficient time to hire cycle.
- Build talent by identifying leadership and functional capability gaps and working with the specialist team on the plan to close the gaps.
- Motivate self - Having a high learning agility to grow with the organization.

- You have at least 3 to 5 years of successful working experience as an HR BP / HR Manager, preferred in FMCGs / multinational organizations.
- Deep knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including: compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, labor law, Talent Management, HR operations.
- Strong organization and communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders with high level of professionalism.
- Your Fluent command of English allows you to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Due to local regulations, only Saudi nationals will be considered for this role.
