**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Preparation**: Lead the end-to-end bid preparation process, from understanding client requirements to developing compelling proposals for consulting and hospitality projects. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- **Proposal Development**: Create visually appealing and content-rich proposals that showcase our expertise, methodologies, and unique value proposition. Ensure proposals are well-structured, persuasive, and aligned with client objectives.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors' offerings. Use market insights to tailor proposals and enhance our competitive advantage.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with clients to understand their vision, goals, and challenges. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical inputs and integrate them seamlessly into proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of services and capabilities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all proposals align with organizational standards, policies, and legal requirements. Verify that proposals adhere to client guidelines and submission deadlines.
- **Documentation**: Maintain a comprehensive database of proposals, templates, and relevant documentation. Track the success rates of bids and proposals and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in bid and proposal preparation, specifically within the consulting and hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of consulting and hospitality industry standards, best practices, and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and persuasive writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Previous experience in managing proposals for architectural and engineering services is highly desirable.
