Setting market access strategies by coordinating related functions through managing the ongoing success of therapeutic categories as well as maintaining a clear and open communication channel with both internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating clear understanding of policies, Pharmaco-economics, environments, legislative boards, Policy shaping decision makers and ensuring that market access objectives are aligned with business strategies, to positively impact Hikma’s strategic objectives.

**Accountability**:

- Support in establishing strategies, policies, standard operating procedures for the market Access function, and its optimal implementation.
- Maintains an up-to-date understanding of payer needs and monitors the future competitive, regulatory, and pricing landscape to proactively adapt company strategy to emerging trends in pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborates with commercial, medical affairs, finance, clinical research, government officials, regulatory affairs, tendering, and other cross-functional teams, to develop and implement strategies that reflect all relevant current and future expected market dynamics.
- Monitors Market Access strategies to ensure activities comply with local regulations, public policies, guidelines and with Hikma policies and procedures.
- To identify and engage with a network of key stakeholders, opinion leaders and decision makers, who represent the policy makers and payers in government health care system, aiming to position Hikma in a trust-based position for providing better health care.
- Develops and implements value-based pricing strategies, to capture medicines' value, facilitate patient access, and fulfil commercial ambition for the medicine.
- Implements innovative value-based frameworks and strategies to raise Hikma market access capability, to embed such frameworks and approaches within the market access practice and implement them at regional levels and in-markets.
- Compile and analyze market research and competitor intelligence, conducting an advanced analysis of the data to understand customer behavior and the market trends, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

**Job requirements**:

- University degree in Pharmacy or related health science.
- 3 years experience in market access and/or in HTA bodies.
- Knowledge of KSA healthcare system, Value based agreements, Price reimbursement.
- Ability to adapt with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to collect market intelligence, understand, analyze, and conclude actions for implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly influential with excellent negotiation skills.
- Team leader who can align different departments in cross functional projects.
- Multi-tasking.
