Accountant & HR Admin
- Accounts Book keeping of expenses and payments.
- Preparing Financial monthly financial reports.
- invoices reconciliation with Bank payments.
- Inventory Management including but not limited to monthly closure and comparison with system.
- Quarterly financial analysis.
- VAT report calculation and preparation.
- Purchasing (Major Suppliers)
- To handle HR related matters, including scheduling, Overtime and salary calculations and distribution.
- Handling Staff government matters including renewal of Labour Card, licenses and health insurance.
Required experience
- Microsoft Office “Excel” & “Word”.
- QuickBooks.
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting (Relevant Business).
