1- Implement of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

2- Regular update employee information in HR databases and systems (HRIS).

3- Provide administrative support to the HR team, arrange meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and booking flight tickets and accommodation when needed.

4- Coordinate of HR-related events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

5- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.

8- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding processes to integrate new employees smoothly into the company.

9- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees, including coordinating exit interviews and handling relevant paperwork.

10- Maintain and update employee records and all documents related to employees such as letters, promotion, leaves, circulars, and experience certificates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
