**YOUR MISSION**

As a Power Quality Solutions Sales Engineer you will be a technical sales champion and opportunity leader.
The critical mission of the role is to secure orders and sales growth with industrial/manufacturing end users, panel builders and consultants by driving the total sales process from lead identification/generation through to close. A key part of the role is to ensure that we delight our customers throughout the sales process.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Actively promote the Power Quality (Active Harmonic Filters, Dynamic power factor correction devices) offer with the target customer base, gaining orders, specification and standardization.
- Define technical requirements for customers and produce cost effective and deliverable solutions.
- Establish and implement a dynamic sales plan, following where appropriate established Energy savers processes.
- Successfully identify the critical success factors and needs of the customers - capture these and translate into an offer or solution and capture an order from the customer
- Work closely with internal colleagues in all areas.
- Provide all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner, following Energy Savers processes where applicable
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to develop profitable lifetime relationships with customers
- Ensure that customers have the best possible experience

**IDEAL CANDIATE PROFILE**

To succeed in this role you will require;
- A formal qualification in electrical engineering (BE/B. Tech)
- Willingness to travel
- Must be a confident, positive, proactive, high energy and self-motivated, with the ability to influence, build and sustain relationships with key decision makers
- Superior communication skills - must be able to speak articulately and professionally, and compose grammatically-correct correspondence and documentation; preferably Arabic speaker.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a Team;
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Internet /Social Media tools, and common CRM programs.
- The ability to carry out power quality surveys as part of the ‘technical' sell
- A good understanding of Power Quality especially power factor correction and active harmonic filtering
- Saudi driving license is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
