The Team:
Cundall’s Business Development and Marketing team play a critical role across the global business. The team works across the 26 offices, 22 services and 17 sectors to ensure Cundall continues to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering. This is made possible by the team’s open and collaborative approach to dialogue and creative thinking and our shared ambition to collectively, achieve great things.
The Role:
In line with the continuing growth of our MENA business we now wish to appoint a creative, collaborative, and energetic Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our Riyadh office.
The role requires a self-driven, hands-on person that can work independently and make full use of the resources within the MENA and global marketing team. This will be an experienced Marketing and Business Development Executive who is organised and can deliver marketing outputs to deadlines. An example of tasks would include: work with our Marketing and BD Manager to drive key initiatives in line with the marketing strategy and working closely with business leaders to raise the profile of the business in the KSA and wider Middle East market.

The Skills:
Degree-qualified, with a minimum of three years experience in a marketing and/or business development role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment.
You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
A qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
