**Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure a channel to market either through organic growth or acquisition.
- Use regional assessments, market analysis and other applicable resources in order to identify areas of opportunity and plan for the capitalization of those opportunities; build and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing clients and vendors.
- Responsible for the identification of resource requirements; create and manage a team within the region to grow the Completion Tools business which will include recruitment and management of employees and/or contractors. Conduct training and coaching for employees in new work roles/tasks, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Responsible for budget and strategic plan development, expense control and revenue generation for the regions Completion Tools business.
- Support and coordinate with internal (TS) and external (NOV) resources on a local and global scale (sales, operations, manufacturing, quality and engineering).
- Ensure knowledge of quality requirements and operational controls such as safe working practices and job hazard analysis as appropriate to ensure quality products and safe work environments for staff and clients. Assistance with development, promotion and review of these processes and documentation will be required.
- Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures and programs; including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery policy, health, safety and environmental requirements and all applicable local policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain an organization that has values consistent with NOV and Completion Tools.
- Utilize the internal resources within NOV to build and maintain a Completion Tools business in the region assigned.
- Communicate regional needs and challenges to the Completion Tools President and ensure that there is a good flow of communication to the members of the Region team.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science, Engineering, Business (commerce) or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in energy services including an in-depth knowledge of the Completions market
- Leadership and team building experience required
- Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and departments
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience budgeting, planning and organizing

**Technical Requirements:
- Extensive technical and practical knowledge of operations, products, company policies, and government regulations
- Extensive product specific technical skills
- Knowledge of basic shop equipment and processes
- Skilled with installation of completions and liner systems
- Skilled in understanding engineering drawings
- Skilled in completions, liner hanger and workover tool field operations
- Strong strategic leadership and managerial skills
- Admirable interpersonal skills conveyed in a pleasant and professional manner when interacting with employees, executives, and customers
- Sound analytical and interpretational skills
- Skilled in management; while exhibiting motivation, coaching, and delegation

**HSE Requirements:
- Shop environment orientation (exits, fire extinguishers, first aid & eyewash stations, spill kits, propane storage) and yard environment (building locations, processes);
- Standing, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking (further details to be reviewed on JHA);
- Strong safety leadership and a proven record of commitment to fulfilling all safety documentation requirements and duties;
- PPE training for possible noise exposure, mists/vapors, gloves, safety glasses and steel toed boots;
- WHMIS training
