A leading **Medical Device** company is actively recruiting a **Country Sales Manager** for their **Riyadh** office.

***

**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Developing and deploying a strategic plan to ensure the delivery of significant results.
- Defining operational objectives and leading the team to goal achievement; achieving distribution objectives.
- Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of innovation growth plans.
- Monitoring competitor activities and conducting research.
- Planning and executing the sales strategies.
- Drive and initiate the development of new business opportunities.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
- Participate in training of sales team to advance their competencies.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.**:

- **Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the medical devices/healthcare industry.**:

- **Must have leadership experience.**:

- **Strong network and knowledge of the KSA market is a must.**:

- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- **Willingness to travel as required.**:

- **Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.**:
