**Bid Solutions Manager**

**Riyadh, KSA**

**Role**:
The Bid Solutions Manager will play an integral part within the Bid Management team, leading the development of technical aspects within current and upcoming proposals.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Own, develop and design the technical solution for Bids/proposals, and work with the senior management to obtain sign off.
- Liaise and lead the presentation of findings to internal stakeholders at senior leadership level.
- Liaise with the various relevant disciplines (Landscape, utilizes, roads, Master planning, etc) to coordinate inputs to the proposal and pricing strategy.
- Ensure that all prepared work meets the client and RFP requirements.
- Lead the proposal technical writing works.
- Lead and develop all required preparations for Management commercial reviews.
- Develop organizational charts and design methodologies.
- Develop Subcontractors scope of works, Reviews suppliers proposals and performs technical bid analyses.
- Assists in the preparation of technical presentations.
- Responsible for coordinating departmental and proposal delivery resources in-order to best support the required works.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related from a reputable institution, ideally a Chartered engineer.**:

- Minimum 12 years of experience within the infrastructure consultancy services.
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills, irrefutable stakeholder management and an ability to adapt your working approach when required.
- Creativity/innovation and ability to prepare and present formal presentations
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral.
