**Job Brief**:
Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated Business development manager with expertise in buying and selling heavy equipment, such as cranes, bulldozers, and Caterpillar machinery? If so, we are looking for you This is an excellent opportunity to drive a dynamic business with significant growth potential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct inspections of equipment to ensure all safety standards are met.
- Maintain safety standards on job sites, including measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensure all heavy equipment is in good working order and has been properly maintained.
- Schedule repairs or modifications to equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Train employees on the proper operation and safe use of equipment.
- Delegate work assignments based on employees’ skills and experience levels.
- Focus on buying opportunities at reasonable prices from local/international suppliers, auction markets, or companies about to shut down.
- Market products to local and Middle Eastern businesses.
- Communicate with finance leaders regarding fund requirements.
- Manage and revise the budget for the equipment business in a timely manner.
- Monitor the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
- Prepare reports on the status of heavy equipment and submit them to upper management.
- Plan and coordinate the disposal of surplus or damaged heavy equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing equipment at the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Facilitate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, sale deeds, closing statements, etc.).

**Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing a business focused on heavy equipment.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proven track record of successful trades and portfolio management.
- Responsible for overall growth and business success.
- Must be able to close large business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective negotiation and analytical skills.
- A person with a can-do attitude

**Job Location**: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

**Type of Employment**: Permanent/ Full time

**Salary**:SAR 20000/Month
