Our Client
Our company is seeking for a Customer Relationship Manager to promote our Cyber Security portfolio composed of products and services. We are looking for an inspired professional that will be part of the highly skilled Customer Success team.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the customer’ Single Point of Contact for services and support attending meetings and communicating any client’s requests to the relevant teams for their actions.
- Ensure delivery across the customer’s organization and meet or exceed operational KPIs.
- Match customer’s evolving service needs based on business requirements, expansion, industry challenges and reductions
- Lead the services delivery team towards the customer, coordinating with the sales teams and any other internal or external organizations.
- Build executive/senior relationships within customer and understand the customer’s business practices/procedures, business drivers and corporate culture.
- Ensure that delivery teams meet their contractual obligations by following through with management on corrective actions.
- Negotiates, documents, and communicates a governance structure for the account ensuring all parties understand what they will be held accountable for in the customer relationship
Your Qualifications
- Previous experience working in Customer Success/Relationship Manager position.
- Managed various Cyber Security projects with a range of customers
- Fluent English language both written and verbal
