**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Supports in making sure that our service offering are matching market and customer needs.
- Identifies opportunities based on market and installed base analysis.
- Tracks our funnel for revenues and ensure having the dashboard and communication around that.
- Provides visibility/dashboards on entitlement and work with service sales to capture that
- Works with teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.
- Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of projects.
- Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
- Investigates and communicates potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives.
- Works with different departments including sales, marketing and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

**Must Haves**:

- Pursuing the degree in higher education
- English proficiency
- Innovation and out of box thinking skills.
- Dedication, speed, multitasking and love of the working being done.
- Skilled communicator with a desire to always come with new (out of norm) ideas.

**Program details**
- Based in Riyadh or Jeddah
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Start date: May/June
- Internship duration: 6 months
