Cisg Sales Specialist

Saudi Arabia is a fast-growing market with huge infrastructure projects committed to support different Digital Acceleration initiatives in the kingdom. Business in KSA is very diversified with customers eager to implement innovative technologies with proven business returns. You would be responsible for Building Cisco DataCenter “CISG - Cloud Infrastructure & Software Group”” Business pipeline & achieve the DataCenter Annual targets in the different large segments like Public Sector, Enterprise, and Commercial.
You will:
- Lead Large Customer Engagement with CIO/CTO level conversation within Cisco’s top enterprises and conglomerate.
- Support Sales Account Management (AM’s) as CISG Sales Specialist in large complex projects (Cloud Networking & Compute)
- Understand the client/sector requirements and Map Cisco CISG products & Services & Build Solution Stack for Sales Account Managers
- Build & execute plans to improve our market capture rate in different CISG technologies.
- Drive Cisco CISG product sales within KSA Public Sector. Enterprise, & commercial segments
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute both Cloud Networking/Cloud & Compute GTM strategies to drive the business growth, accelerate new product landing, adoption and growth
- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy, define product competitive advantage and product/solution differentiation against with competitors
- Build in depth business expertise in the underlying and associated technologies and architectures.
- Translate product capabilities to practical use cases relevant to customers, partners and Cisco sellers across KSA PS/Enterprise/Commercial segments.
- Be an integral part of the business planning process and ensure close interaction and collaboration with the Business Units, theatre CISG Architecture leaders and Specialists and Account teams on all aspects of running the business
- Collaborate and build partnerships within Cisco to drive the agreed commercial strategy, have regular dialogue with local and regional teams to ensure agreement with the go to market and sales strategy overall
- Drive partner development & enablement and anticipate new types of partners that will be needed
- Work with eco-system partners to better position Cisco CISG product portfolio and win big
- Promote Cisco Cross-Architecture solutions

Who You Are
. Sales Leadership experience preferably in multinationals or key Systems Integrators
- 13+ years of proven years of Technical-Sales experience in a technical sales organization that includes Sales Agents and systems engineers.
- Experience in building business outcome based solutions around Data Center technologies.
- In depth understanding of Data Center Switching, Compute, Storage, and Applications technologies plus proven hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of Data Center market trends and challenges.
- Strong understanding of Software Defined Data Centers.
- Strong understanding of CI "Converged Infrastructure" and HCI "Hyber-Converged Infrastructure" Solutions
- Strong understanding of Hybrid/Multi Cloud Architecture
- Strong understanding of virtualization and cloud adoption models.
- Solid understanding of key Cisco competitors in Data Center space.
- Demonstrate Arabic & English proficiency "Native Arabic"
