Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Program Support Specialist **to join our team In this role you will be responsibile for Personnel data management, reporting for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP), development, implementation and management of the HR data management tools on the program.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Capture and manage data generated from HR and recruiting activities.
- Create and manage dashboards for HR related data.
- Generate reports to show activity, progress, and status updates.
- Analyse HR operations workflows to gather requirements and develop and improve tools and systems.
- Ensure HR operating procedures align with data capture and management processes.
- Administration and management of the HR SharePoint site and document library.
- Create and maintain HR documentation templates.
- Create job descriptions using information from completed job analysis.
- File and maintain recruitment related documentation and approvals ensuring any approved changes are updated in the database and any related files.
- Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Degree in a related field (or equivalent) and at least 7 years of related experience in data management, reporting and HR and recruiting operations for Engineering and Construction businesses.
- Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment, under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Integrity, advanced professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
- High-level understanding and appreciation of quality in complex stakeholder environments and within the major program sector, preferably within KSA.

- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with and influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with co-workers.
- Excellent organization and follow through abilities.
- Excellent business judgment.
