At Sweater, our mission extends beyond eco-conscious car care products. We're expanding our horizons, and as part of this evolution, we’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Lead to collaborate closely with our RevOps team, driving Sweater's growth in alignment with the playbook they produce.
**Your Mission**:
Steer Sweater's sales trajectory by leveraging the strategies and frameworks set by our RevOps Lead. As our frontline Sales Lead, you'll be the bridge, translating RevOps strategies into actionable sales tactics and ensuring our sales team is equipped for success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the sales team, adopting and adapting to strategies and playbooks produced by the RevOps team.
Implement and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Work hand-in-hand with the RevOps Lead to understand and assimilate the strategic direction.
Utilize modern sales tools and technology to facilitate and enhance the sales cycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment between sales efforts and the RevOps framework.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of 5 years in sales, with a preference for experience in the car wash industry or closely related sectors.
Readiness to embrace and act on the strategies set by our RevOps Lead.
A knack for data-driven decision making, especially in B2B or B2B2C contexts.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
