Job Title: Business Development Manager - Tech Products ( Sales & Revenue)

Job Summary:

- Sales Leadership and Strategy Execution: Lead sales initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and increased market penetration.
- Revenue Growth: Focus on maximizing revenue from existing and new customers through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling. Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term customer retention and loyalty.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Use this information to tailor sales strategies and product offerings to better meet market demands.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. Collaborate with the product development team to align product features and launches with customer needs and sales goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Set clear sales and revenue targets, and monitor performance regularly. Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management on sales results, market dynamics, and strategic recommendations for accelerating growth.
- Industry Engagement and Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build brand awareness and develop new business relationships.
- Expansion Strategies: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion into new markets.

Job Requirements
