**Job Summary**
- GM will focus on customer retention, new customer acquisition through a structured sales process (lead generation, prospect management, etc.) as this role will garner and meet with potential clients/businesses
- GM will be responsible to research client base not limited to business referrals, network, and web leads.
- GM will provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered through meetings/presentations as needed, and work with clients throughout the sales process.
- GM must be energetic, presentable, a listener, well-spoken, and articulative. Also, should possess persuasive attitude, high aptitude to interpret numbers, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Grow business and help organization win large projects focusing on Central, Western and Northern provinces of KSA.
- Achieve overall targets and budgets set by the organization.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, plan, and forecast; maintain short
- and long-term business development plans
- Build business relationships with current and potential clients - collaborate with cross functional teams and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies
- Create informative and target specific communication - present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Cold calling; make multiple outbound calls to potential clients - track and understand competition and work with the client abreast throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of all sales administration - create and maintain the list/database of prospective clients; maintain a database (Sales funnel, CRM, Web of Influence, in an agreed Excel format, etc.) and periodic report to reporting manager
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Min. 6 to 7 years of experience in sales and/or customer service and operations [preferably in the Hospitality, F&B industry]
- Should have experience in the Middle East and having existing connections and business relationships in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would definitely be an added advantage. He or she should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be focused and goal-oriented.
