About the Position:

The Travel Account Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end account management process, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience from initial contact through successful integration.

Main Duties:
  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  2. Provide regular updates and reports on account management performance, including key metrics and achievements.
  3. Collaborate with leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure that account management strategies align with overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client account management and building client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of account management strategies.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
